Scope included the full site architecture (home, about, services, individual treatment pages, testimonials, contact), a WhatsApp-first booking flow instead of a contact form nobody fills in, and a design system built around trust signals appropriate for a medical-adjacent business — real premises photography guidance, clear credentials, and no exaggerated claims in the copy.

Built around how people actually search for trades — fast page loads on mobile data, a sticky call/WhatsApp bar, and service pages structured for local search rather than a single all-in-one homepage. No contact form — every CTA resolves directly to a call or a pre-filled WhatsApp quote request.

Configured Odoo POS for multi-till checkout with barcode scanning, set up inventory categories matched to the store's actual shelf layout, and built stock reconciliation workflows so end-of-day counts match the system without a manual spreadsheet cross-check.

Consolidated attendance, leave requests, and payroll inputs into one Odoo HR setup, replacing a mix of spreadsheets and WhatsApp-based leave approvals. Included manager-level approval workflows and exportable reports for payroll processing.

Built a structured intake flow so incoming WhatsApp enquiries get logged and routed automatically into Odoo CRM with the relevant context attached, instead of sitting unread in a shared inbox or getting manually re-typed into the CRM later.

An internal tool that reads incoming support queries, drafts a first-pass response grounded in the business's own documentation, and queues it for a human to review and send — deliberately built so the AI never sends a reply without a person checking it first.

Built for technicians who are on their phone between job sites, not at a desk — large tap targets, works on a weak connection with offline queuing for status updates, and syncs job data straight from Odoo so the office always sees current status without a phone call.

The business had the same customer showing up under three slightly different names across locations, and product SKUs that didn't match between stores. We deduplicated the existing records, set up validation rules at the point of entry, and defined clear ownership so cleanup doesn't have to happen again in a year.

Before this, financial visibility meant waiting for the accountant's year-end summary. We set up a proper monthly close process, cash flow and receivables-aging reports the owner reviews personally, and bank reconciliation that happens weekly instead of being reconstructed from memory each quarter.
